Our products are made using whole and healthy fruits, nuts and seeds. No refined sugars, no wheat, no dairy, no soy, no palm oil.
Our mission
is to work with farmers, growers and producers who are working on incredible projects - perhaps they are re-wilding their forest, preserving traditional lifestyles, re-introducing native species - anything that has a positive impact on their community and environment.

The convoluted journeys that foods are sent on is astonishing.
From the country of origin, through numerous countries to be sized, then transported to be polished, transported to be packaged, transported to be sold to a wholesaler and transported to be sold again to a shop and finally sold to us, the consumer.
Our mission is to work directly with growers, farmers and producers, with the help of trusted importers. This way we can ensure a few things:
First, that the foods comes directly to us, in all its unpolished and mis-matched, non-uniform glory.
Second, that this food hasn’t gone three times round the world to find us, hugly reducing the carbon footprint for each ingredient.
And, thirdly, that when we pay the top price for our ingredients, the majority of that money is going to the people and communities that need it - and more importantly deserve it.
We will work with farmers who have the interests of their environment and communities at heart; the underlining goal is to ensure that farming is being done in a way that regenerates the land so that, in turn, the land can continue to support that growers for generations to come.
At the time of writing, in early 2022, we are working directly with one grower (blog post coming soon all about our date grower!). Our mission is to work with 64 - one for every ingredient on our list. By supporting us, you are supporting them.
