“Discount Code” or “Voucher Code” or “Promotional Code” (Codes) refers to a code that must be entered at checkout on online transactions in order to receive a discount or benefit.
Each Code is subject to (a) the specific terms and conditions stated on the offer and (b) these general voucher code terms and conditions. In the event of any inconsistency, the former prevails.
No Code is redeemable for cash or credit.
Codes may not be used to purchase gift cards or subscriptions.
Our Codes are only valid for qualifying purchases made on our website (greenandgrainy.co.uk)
Codes are not ever valid for wholesale purchases made through our wholesale website or through any other means of purchase other than through the webiste stated in clause [4.].
All Codes must be redeemed within the validity period. If none is advertised or otherwise specified then all Codes end at the close of each calendar year.
No Code may be redeemed against sale items.
Codes cannot be applied to previously placed orders or to products out of stock at the time of purchase.
Codes cannot be applied retrospectively.
Codes are applied at the online checkout prior to shipping by the person using the website and placing the order, they are not applied automatically.
Codes cannot be combined with other offers or discounts and can only be redeemed once per customer unless otherwise stated.
Ongoing offers are subject to change without notice. We, Green + Grainy Ltd. withhold the right to change end or postpone any offer or Code at any point in time.
