Every bar is made from just fruits, nuts and seeds, all high-quality, organic whole-foods. Our products are naturally free from gluten, dairy and refined sugars.
Choose from a box of 8 or 16 bars - a box of 8 has two of each flavour and the box of 16 has four of each flavour. The photos show 8 different flavours, so please note there will be only 4 flavours per seasonal box.

All our products are made in an environment where nuts + peanuts are used.
Before reaching our kitchen some ingredients are processed in environments where these and other allergens may be present.
Although we process everything by hand you may still find traces of date seeds and nut husks.

4 days in the fridge or 6 months in the freezer…
You can freeze these products when you receive them, remember to eat them within 6 months. They defrost in 15 minutes at room temperature - or you can eat them frozen if you just can’t wait.
Once defrosted, keep your Green + Grainy treats in the fridge and eat them within 4 days.
All bars are hand poured, pressed and cut so weights do vary.
